In spring 2023, Vitalii Khomaiko, Director of Egis Ertle Engineering, and Yuliya Kolesnikova, Chief Operating Officer/Head of Engineering, held two online lectures on the topic “Digital transformation of construction. How does IT help build and rebuild the country?”, they were held jointly with the European Business Association and the American Chamber of Commerce.

The webinar consisted of 3 blocks, which covered the topic of digital transformation and the importance of using BIM technologies in the construction and reconstruction:

• Digital construction and the definition of BIM technologies: what models exist and what business problems they solve;
• Advantages of using BIM on the example of real cases of designing industrial, residential and public facilities. Overview of the digitalization of licensing procedures in Ukraine and the portal of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction;
• Benefits of using BIM technologies for business.
